North Oak Trafficway Corridor - Clay County

Planning work is well underway. The project is assessing the potential and possible configuration for transit along North Oak. This will include pedestrian and bicycle connections to transit as well as development opportunities created by enhanced transit services. The project will study economic development, social equity, and environmental issues along the corridor related to transit.

There will be engagement opportunities through early 2013 with public meetings and an online forum at www.creatingsustainableplaces.com. For more information about the North Oak Trafficway corridor plan, contact Tyler Means, 816-701-8261.

The map shown here was created by MARC's Research Services Department GIS staff. It is also available as a printable PDF. The GIS department has also created a set of more detailed maps for each corridor that illustrate various data sets, including demographics, economics, education, housing, land-use, recreation, transportation.
