MARC ensures nondiscrimination in the access to, or the operation of, its programs, services, and activities, or in its hiring or employment practices based on race, color, sex, national origin, age, military status, or disability. As part of the 20th anniversary of the ADA, the MARC Board approved a Proclamation of Recommitment to Full Implementation of the ADA (pdf). Resources
