MARC is accepting proposals for FFY 2013–2014 Kansas and Missouri Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funds from local, regional and state government agencies for projects and programs that improve air quality by reducing emissions from on‐road vehicles.
MARC anticipates the following funding targets, which may be subject to change:
Kansas: $3.5 million per year
Missouri: $2.5 million per year
