Scope of Work

Transportation Outlook 2040, the Kansas City region’s current long-range transportation plan, envisions a transportation system that meets the needs of all users and offers broad mobility choices. MARC has begun work to develop its own complete streets policy to help guide planning and programming activities. The Complete-Streets Task Force is charged with developing a draft policy for input and approval from the Total Transportation Policy Committee and the MARC Board.

Meetings and Activities

The Complete-Streets Task Force meets periodically. Meetings are held in the MARC offices, 600 Broadway, Suite 200, Kansas City, Mo. All meetings are listed on the MARC calendar and are open to the public.
