Study Team
Because this is a multi-jurisdictional project, the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) will lead the study. MARC serves as the association of city and county governments and the metropolitan planning organization for the bistate Kansas City region.
MARC will coordinate with representatives from Overland Park, Olathe, Belton, Cass County, Johnson County, the Kansas and Missouri Departments of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration who will provide expertise.
