Project Steering Committee
The Project Steering Committee is made up of elected officials and staff from the cities of Basehor, Tonganoxie, Leavenworth County, KDOT and MARC. The Project Steering Committee will meet at established study milestones with responsibilities for explaining the study to the public, other groups, elected officials and review and approve deliverables prepared by the Project Consultant.
MARC will act as Project Administrator providing primary administrative
resource for the Project Steering Committee and a point of central contact
to the consultant.

Through a competitive selection process, the Project Management Team selected the consultant firm Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation to conduct the study.
