Contacts: Scope of WorkOperation Green Light (OGL) is a project to improve the coordination of traffic signals on major routes throughout the Kansas City area, especially those that cross city limits. This project will help reduce unnecessary “stop delay,” improve traffic flow and reduce emissions that contribute to ozone pollution. The Steering Committee and the Technical Advisory Committee are responsible for the development of this project. Meetings and ActivitiesThe OGL Operations Committee meets on the second Monday of various months at 1:30 p.m. The next OGL Operations Committee meeting is: Monday, June 10 at 1:30 p.m. in Westview. The OGL Steering Committee meets on the fourth Monday of the first month of each quarter at 1:30 p.m. The next OGL Steering Committee meeting is: Monday, July 22, from 1:30–3:30 p.m. in the MARC Broadway Room.
