Commonality Reflective Practice
Shows educators continuously assessing and adapting their strategies based on observations and feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Peer Tours
When the children were not in the building, teachers engaged in guided tours of each other’s classrooms. The goal was to collectively reflect on how each classroom space was supporting the “environment as the third teacher”. Peer tours enable educators to reflect on their own classroom spaces and identify ways to enhance the environment for the children they serve.
