eICS Basic User training is a web-based Electronic Incident Command System that is used to facilitate incident planning and response for incidents that impact the region. It is the primary communication platform for information sharing and situational awareness for the MARC HCC. The course will cover setting up/editing the User Profile, Contact Preferences, registering your mobile device, accessing the regional library, responding to incidents and communication tests, entering incident logs, as well as the mobile app.

eICS is a web-based electronic incident command system that is used to facilitate incident planning and response impacting a facility, healthcare system, or regional coalition. This class has been designed as an administrative level course to familiarize designated hospital and coalition staff with all components of the eICS application. Participants in the Admin User class will learn both the Planning and Response components of the eICS system.
