About Bike Month 2025

Riding a bike feels great! Whether it’s the rush of the cooling air, the calming rhythm of pedaling, or the energy in your body that you get from exercise, bikes help you to feel your best.

The Mid-America Regional Council is highlighting bicycling in the Kansas City region in celebration of National Bike Month. Below, you can find resources for getting on two wheels, stories from people who bike and community events to celebrate biking with others this spring.
