The Regional Association of Public Information Officers (RAPIO) gives area communicators an opportunity to share information, work cooperatively on regional issues and network with their peers. All local government employees who are full or part-time PIOs in the metropolitan area — and other public sector employees who are regularly called on to serve in a public information capacity — are welcome to attend.

Please join us for a World Cup roundtable discussion at RAPIO at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 24. With the tournament (very much) coming up, this is a big moment for our region and there’s a lot happening. Please come prepared to share one thing you’re excited about and one concern when it comes to the World Cup. We’ll talk as a group, share what we’re hearing and identify any areas that may need support in the coming weeks.

This group comes together to focus on social media topics, challenges and opportunities. Members of RAPIO who are interested in or work directly on social media communications are welcome to attend.
