Planners Roundtable Events

This event is an annual convening of all the planning directors and administrators in the Greater Kansas City region. Lunch will be provided; registration is required for attendance. 

The event will include presentations on the major planning work that has occurred across the MARC region throughout the previous year, as well as discussion on future events including World Cup planning, future funding opportunities, and major planning efforts to look forward to in 2026. Additionally, there will be time to provide community updates from participants.

MARC and the Kansas City Chapter of the American Planning Association invite you to Planners Roundtable, a quarterly gathering of the Kansas City area’s urban planners and those interested in urban planning topics.  Each meeting covers topics of interest to planners, and participants can share planning news and activities that are taking place in their localities. 

This event qualifies for 1.5 CM credits for AICP planners and is in-person only.
