ICS 300: Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents covers incident management strategies for emergency response to all-hazard incidents that involve ICS coordination. The three-day course utilizes scenarios and exercises within a team environment to facilitate participant discussion. The Kansas City Regional Interoperability Committee is seeking qualified participants to support an upcoming Communications Exercise (COMMEX) designed to provide Communications Unit personnel with an opportunity to complete required task books toward credentialing. 

This full-scale, multi-day exercise will allow participants to demonstrate and validate competencies through hands-on scenarios, task completion, and evaluator sign-offs. Controller/Evaluators are also needed and are encouraged to register through this site.

ICS-400 is a two-day course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands on information presented in the ICS-100 through ICS-300 Intermediate ICS courses, which are prerequisites for the ICS-400 Advanced course.
