The conference theme this year was "The Power of Connection" and offered four rounds of workshops based on that theme, with topics including safe driving for older adults, end-of-life-planning, how to put on a "senior" prom, library services for older adults, and much more.

The keynote speaker, Sidney Smith of The Nonprofit Guild, gave a motivational presentation called "A Story for the Ages: Connection, Creativity and the New Age of Aging Work," which included stories and observations drawn from his time serving older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference concluded with a panel discussion about best practices for mentoring in the aging professions, facilitated by Kristi Bohling-DaMetz, Director of Aging and Adult Services at MARC, with panelists Kathy Greenlee (Elder Justice Initiatives, Advancing States), Tina Uridge (Clay County Senior Services), Victoria Jackson (MARC) and Rachel Ohlhausen (Jewish Family Services).
