The Missouri Master Plan on Aging Town Hall will take place on Aug. 1 from  9 to 11 a.m. at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, 4801 Rockhill Road in Kansas City, Missouri.

The town hall will include presentations on the draft Missouri Master Plan on Aging and results of the 2024 statewide needs assessment survey. Community residents and local, county, regional and state government officials, as well as representatives from for-profit and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to attend and take part.

The goal of this effort is for all Missourians, regardless of age or ability, to have access to person-centered programs and services necessary to help them age in their environment of choice in a safe and healthy manner.

This event is sponsored by Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Care Connection for Aging Services and the Mid-America Regional Council Department of Aging and Adult Services.

How to attend

The Aug. 1 town hall is free to attend but registration is required.

Can't attend in person, but want to share your feedback and see the results of last year's needs assessment? Come to a virtual town hall!
