12 Honorees and Six Honorable Mentions

The Nature Action Crew, sponsored by the Heartland Conservation Alliance, was recognized for their habitat restoration and invasive species removal work in the Blue River Watershed.

The presentations allowed participants to better understand the projects' impacts across the metropolitan area. The showcased stories (along with six projects receiving honorable mentions) demonstrated ways that organizations can transform communities and create a more resilient region.
