MARC along with Strategic Government Resources, Inc.'s, Ron Holifield is conducting a training event for elected officials on Aug. 8 from 4-7:30 p.m. The workshop aims to teach principles for effective leadership amid polarization, and includes networking and small group discussion. Participants of Coaching for Improved Performance will learn how to pinpoint and leverage coaching opportunities, effectively prepare and conduct coaching discussion and develop a coaching plan. Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict

Conflict is an inevitable and often destructive part of workplace interactions. But it doesn't have to be that way. Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps you understand your conflict behaviors—and those of the people you work with—to improve your workplace relationships and results.  A pre-class assessment will also be taken a minimum of two weeks prior to class, to be completed 3-4 days before the class meets.
