Mission accomplished for #CityHallSelfie Day!

More than 40 MARC Staff members achieved an ambitious goal for #CityHallSelfie Day this year.

They visited the nine counties and 119 cities in the MARC region as a part of the annual celebration of public service showcasing pride in local government institutions.

#CityHallSelfie Day, organized by Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL,) tasks government employees, elected officials, members of the media and community members with taking selfies in front of a local government building.

This is the second year MARC attempted to visit all the cities and counties in the region. Last year, as a part of MARC's 50th Anniversary, staff succeeded in visiting nine counties and 79 cities.
