2026 FTA Section 5310 application portal is now open

The Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) is requesting applications for mobility-based transportation projects to be funded through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) program: Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities (Section 5310). There will be a total of approximately $2.2 million available for competitive programming. Projects will need a local match of between 10 to 20 percent depending on criteria outlined by the FTA. These criteria and more can be found in MARC's Section 5310 2026 Call for Projects Application Guidebook. 

The FTA Section 5310 application portal is now live and will remain open until July 17 at 4 p.m. 

There will be a pre-application workshop on June 17 from 9:30–10:30 a.m. on Zoom. Attendance is not required to be eligible for funds. A recording will be available if you miss the workshop.
