MARC invites residents to help shape engagement on transportation work

Complete a short survey by Aug. 24 about how residents prefer to share feedback about MARC’s transportation plans and projects.

Residents across the nine-county Kansas City region are invited to help the Mid-America Regional Council strengthen how it connects with the community on transportation issues as we update the Public Participation Plan. MARC is conducting a short survey to learn how people stay informed about roads, traffic, safety, public transit, walking and biking, and how they’d like to participate in future transportation planning. 

The survey takes about five minutes, and responses will guide how MARC shares updates and invites public input on major transportation decisions.

The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, Aug. 24. Participants can share their preferred communication channels, the types of engagement opportunities that work best for them and the transportation topics they care about most. This feedback will help ensure residents have a voice in shaping the region’s transportation future.
