The Kansas City Regional Housing Partnership invites industry leaders, educators, and community stakeholders to the Housing Construction Workforce Forum: Building the Housing Construction Workforce: Strategies to Develop the Talent Pipeline to Meet Demand in the Kansas City Region.

The Kansas City region is facing a growing housing shortage, driven in part by a lack of skilled construction workers. Like much of the country, local builders are struggling to fill critical roles—from carpenters and electricians to project managers, slowing development timelines and increasing housing costs.

This forum will bring together regional partners to discuss practical, Kansas City–focused strategies to expand the construction workforce, strengthen training and career pathways, and better align talent with industry demand.

Join us to collaborate on solutions that will help build the workforce—and the housing the Kansas City region needs.
