How can Community Health Workers (CHWs) navigate ethical dilemmas and effectively resolve conflicts within their professional environments? In our upcoming CHW Continuing Education Series, we will cover ethics and effective conflict resolution strategies.

Many of us are privileged to work in organizations with like-minded individuals, where a sense of belonging is nurtured. However, as human beings, conflict in the workplace is common, especially when coworkers do not fully understand the unique role and history of CHWs.

This interactive and engaging session will focus on strategies for conflict resolution and having a productive relationship with supervisors and key leadership. We will emphasize clarifying the role of CHWs and give you more strategies to effectively engage with management and clients alike.

This session is designed to empower you and enhance your ability to act as an advocate. It will encourage you to reflect on your own ethical principles in communicating with both management and the community. We are looking forward to your participation and are excited about the positive impact this session will have on your professional development.
