RAPIO - World Cup Global Perspective

With just three months to go, we’re continuing our World Cup theme with a timely and global perspective! Please join us at RAPIO on Friday, March 27, to hear from Professor Adrian James, interim dean of the College of Management at Park University.

Professor James will share her unique perspective, having lived in Qatar during World Cup preparations and conducted research focused on global perspectives. She will share insights on:

• What it truly means to host the world.
• Cultural norms, expectations and everyday interactions with international visitors.
• The role public agencies play in creating a welcoming, positive experience.

This will be a great opportunity to ask questions, learn from another host region’s experience, and refine your communications as we all prepare for the World Cup.
