Solid Waste 2027 Grant VIRTUAL Information Session

The MARC Solid Waste Management District, comprised of Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte and Ray Counties and all cities therein, seeks proposals that promote waste reduction, reuse, recycling, or resource recovery at the local level. Proposals may be submitted by any city, county, businesses or not-for-profit organization in the district. Local governments are encouraged to apply. 

• Pre-applications are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21.
• Full applications are due Monday, July 20 (must submit pre-application to apply).
• Project start date is January 1, 2027.

It is recommended that interested applicants attend one of three information sessions to be held. This session will be held virtually.
