Heartland Conservation Alliance (HCA) staff and local restoration experts are leading a Renewing the Blue restoration project overview workshop combined with site visits to project sites. Attendees will learn the details of the project opportunity and capacity requirements, the science-backed best practices, site location conditions, and the bidding process for HCA. Site visits will be conducted via group shuttle.

Representatives from local governments and environmental organizations come together quarterly to develop a cooperative approach to water quality public education and to meet federal NPDES Phase I/II regulatory requirements.

In-person attendance is encouraged, and a catered lunch will be served.
