Greater KC Workforce and Education Summit

The 11th Annual Greater KC Workforce and Education Summit was held on Dec. 7 and drew more than 150 participants to the virtual program.

The summit focused on advancing workforce, education and economic opportunities for our communities. Attendees heard presentations on economic prosperity and equitable postsecondary opportunities. They also heard an economic outlook for 2022.

Summit attendees included representatives from colleges, universities and school districts; K-12 intermediaries; businesses; local governments; civic organizations and others interested in the connections between workforce, education and the regional economy; adult learners; college advisors; and workforce professionals.
