  • Coaching for Improved Performance
    The role of leadership is to guide and assist others in becoming more effective and efficient. One key to leadership is the ability to coach others to successfully perform the duties of the job.
     
  • HR 101
    Develop an awareness of harassment and discrimination, how to prevent it and managing claims. HR 101 provides tools and techniques to motivate employees as well as manage both performance and conduct through coaching, counseling, and corrective action.
