2024 Administrative Professionals Day

MARC Board Room, 600 Broadway, Suite 200, Kansas City, Mo. 64105

The Four Tendencies: How to Influence People (Including Yourself!)

Wondering how to influence people (including yourself!) to do what you want? During this year’s Administrative Professionals Day event, we’ll learn about The Four Tendencies, a framework developed by happiness and habits researcher (and Kansas City native!) Gretchen Rubin that focuses on the follow-through, and we'll practice implementing it at work and in life. Understanding the tendencies will not only help you understand how to live your own life in alignment, but also serve as a guide for building strong teams and influencing action in others.

Agenda highlights include learning:

  • More about your tendency and how to maximize it for success
  • How to work with other tendencies in the workplace and on teams
  • Our favorite and most impactful productivity tips and tricks by tendency (and in general!)
  • How to use your tendency to fill your cup and beat burnout

Each participant will receive The Four Tendencies book, continental breakfast and catered lunch as part of their registration.
