Participants will also gain insight into how to establish behavioral threat assessment and management teams, conduct effective risk assessments, implement protective measures to mitigate consequences, and plan for recovery after an incident. Because active shooter incidents are unpredictable and evolve quickly, preparing for and knowing what to do in an active shooter situation can be the difference between life and death, and establishing a functional emergency action plan can help save lives. Please note that this event is not hosted by MARC.
