Welcome to KC Fresh Rx!

The goal of KC Fresh Rx is to help you eat more vegetables and fruit. Enjoying more produce is strongly linked to better health and can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk for heart attack, heart disease and stroke. Fruit and veggies can also be helpful for your blood sugar, lowering the risk for diabetes. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables that are different colors can help give your body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Please note: You must be referred by a physician to participate in this pilot program.
