Certified Public Managers Certificate Program

The Heartland Certified Public Manager® (CPM) program is a professional development program for city, county, state, and federal program managers that contract to provide public services and meet community needs. Open to all residents in the 9-county MARC region and anyone in Kansas and Missouri, CPM is a nationally-accredited management program and certification in which participants develop and strengthen their management skills through a competency-based curriculum.

The central objective of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training is to create understanding around the distinctive differences of these terms and their impact within the workplace setting. Professional Development Certificate Program 

Government professionals must possess a broad range and depth of skills to successfully address the unique challenges facing cities and counties. In today’s workplace, local officials must be skilled and confident leaders, but also innovators, researchers, and technology troubleshooters. GTI’s Professional Development Certificate Program will help participants develop the skills required to succeed.
