The Kansas Programming Committee (KPC) is authorized by the MARC Total Transportation Policy Committee (TTPC) to make project funding recommendations to the TTPC for federal transportation funds suballocated to Kansas counties within the Kansas City Metropolitan Planning Organization. The committee also supports program management, monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects funded through these programs, as required by federal and state policy.
