Missouri Programming Committee

The Missouri Programming Committee is authorized by the MARC Total Transportation Policy Committee (TTPC) to make project funding recommendations to the TTPC for federal transportation funds suballocated to Missouri counties within the Kansas City Metropolitan Planning Organization. The committee also helps manage these programs and monitors and reports on the progress of projects funded through them, in accordance with federal and state policy.
