Target Audience
First responder, emergency personnel in middle and senior management including:
- Emergency Response Managers
- First-line Supervisors and Administrators Who Will Function as Incident Commanders or Unified Command Staff Members
- Emergency Management Coordinators
- Command and General Staff Members
- Emergency Operations Center Staff Members
Registration is reserved for local and state agency personnel working in the KC metropolitan area to include: Missouri Counties- Ray, Jackson, Clay, Cass, Platte and Kansas Counties- Leavenworth, Johnson and Wyandotte).
Travel costs are not provided.

Participants will review: Incident Action Plan Forms (ICS 201-ICS 207) — Writing SMART Objectives Activity • Utility forms (ICS 211, ICS 213, ICS 213 RR (USCG), and ICS 214) • Incident Action Plan Support Forms (ICS 215, ICS 215A (USCG), ICS 233) • ICS Forms And Planning Process Important:
Registration is a two-step process. All participants must also complete registration at the TEEX Student Portal Account. Additional instructions will be provided in your course confirmation email upon registering with the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC).
