Training Description

Children communicate their thinking in many ways—including movement, music, storytelling, construction and artistic creation. Quality art experiences honor children’s ideas and processes rather than focusing solely on finished products. In this interactive session, participants will explore how music, movement, shape and other forms of creative expression can support communication, imagination and meaningful learning through play. Participants will leave with practical, repeatable strategies that can be implemented immediately using accessible materials while honoring the many ways children communicate and express their ideas.
