Training Description

This interactive, discussion training invites early childhood professionals to rethink family engagement practices, shifting from traditional family involvement to authentic partnership in the learning environment. Through dialogue, reflection and practical strategies, participants will explore the transition from transactional engagement to meaningful relationships -- and walk away with concrete ways co-create with families as true partners in early learning.

Training Description

This hands-on training invites early educators to reimagine everyday activities through open-ended exploration and wonder-based teaching. Participants will define instructional support, practice open-ended questioning, explore common classroom materials, and develop a flexible, curriculum-aligned activity to use in their setting. Attendees will leave with strategies that support curiosity, deepen language development and strengthen classroom relationships.
