From Curiosity to Investigation

Training Description

Children are naturally curious; therefore, meaningful science begins long before an experiment. Observation, wonder and thoughtful questions lay the foundation for scientific thinking. In this interactive session, participants will explore how everyday experiences, accessible materials and intentional questioning help children investigate the world around them. Together, we’ll examine ways to nurture curiosity, encourage prediction, and extend children’s thinking through play in both indoor and outdoor environments. Participants will leave with practical, repeatable strategies that can be implemented immediately using accessible materials while building children’s curiosity, confidence and engagement through play.
