Training Description

Early engineering begins when children ask, "What if?" and adults provide opportunities to explore possible solutions. Through play, children learn persistence, flexibility, and confidence by testing ideas and trying again. In this interactive session, participants will investigate how inexpensive materials and thoughtfully prepared environments encourage children to design, test, revise and collaborate through authentic problem solving. Participants will leave with practical, repeatable strategies that can be implemented immediately using accessible materials while fostering children's persistence, creativity and confidence through play.
