If so, join us for an event hosted by the Metropolitan Emergency Managers Committee and the Community Disaster Resiliency Network. 

This event is free to attend, but registration is required.

ICS-400 is a two-day course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands on information presented in the ICS-100 through ICS-300 Intermediate ICS courses, which are prerequisites for the ICS-400 Advanced course.

The Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue Committee, commonly known as MARCER, promotes regional coordination and cooperation in emergency pre-hospital care for metropolitan Kansas City.

ICS 300: Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents covers incident management strategies for emergency response to all-hazard incidents that involve ICS coordination. The three-day course utilizes scenarios and exercises within a team environment to facilitate participant discussion. Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions. These incidents may extend into multiple operational periods.

This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS 100 and ICS 200 courses.
