Training Description

This training builds participants’ foundational understanding of how research-informed early learning curricula are structured and why play is central to how young children learn. Participants will explore the purpose and components of an early learning framework, examine how play supports development across domains, and reflect on the teacher’s role in supporting meaningful play experiences. Emphasis is placed on understanding curriculum as a guide for intentional teaching rather than a script, helping educators align daily practice with developmentally appropriate expectations. Part One of two trainings.
