In this training we will give providers tools of creative activities to do with infants and toddlers including music and movement, sensory, literacy and motor skills.

Two Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education website is required.

Training Description
It is important to provide activities and environments where children have the freedom to learn. This session will explore ways of providing active learning opportunities throughout the day.

Two Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education website is required. 

The First Suburbs Coalition meeting will take place Friday, April 19, 2024, in Wyandotte County, KS. A light breakfast will be served during networking at 8:00 a.m. The program will take place from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. 

There is no cost for this event, but your registration to attend is requested. More information is coming soon about the program.

The Regional Housing Partnership Strategy Committee advises on the strategy, goals, and measurable outcomes of the Regional Housing Partnership. This committee is convened and coordinated by both MARC and LISC Greater Kansas City.

The Four Tendencies: How to Influence People (Including Yourself!)

Wondering how to influence people (including yourself!) to do what you want? During this year’s Administrative Professionals Day event, we’ll learn about The Four Tendencies, a framework developed by happiness and habits researcher (and Kansas City native!) Gretchen Rubin that focuses on the follow-through, and we'll practice implementing it at work and in life.

Learn to manage chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke or cancer. Participants report better energy, reduced fatigue and improved health after taking this course.

Classes meet for 2 1/2 hours once a week for six weeks: April 22 - June 3, 2024
