Educare Training and Resources

Educare program services include free professional development training opportunities and resources to promote early childhood education. Educare is administered by the Mid-America Regional Council in partnership with the Local Investment Commission, The Family Conservancy, and Start at Zero. Educare funding is provided by the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, Office of Childhood.

Expand your knowledge, gain skills, and meet others in the child care field while earning free clock hours. Educare trainings cover topics relevant to early childhood development and education, including child development, cognition, behavioral issues and child abuse prevention.

Participants must register in advance and have an MOPD ID number. Visit Open Initiative to create or look up a MOPD ID.
