The Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue Committee, commonly known as MARCER, promotes regional coordination and cooperation in emergency pre-hospital care for metropolitan Kansas City.

This course encourages collaboration efforts among individuals and organizations responsible for both physical and cybersecurity toward development of integrated risk management strategies that lead to enhanced capabilities necessary for the protection of our Nation’s critical infrastructure.

Representatives from local governments and environmental organizations come together quarterly to develop a cooperative approach to water quality public education and to meet federal NPDES Phase I/II regulatory requirements.

In-person attendance is encouraged, and a catered lunch will be served.

MGT452: Physical and Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure is an eight-hour course delivered two different days. The national and economic security of the United States depends on the reliable functioning of critical infrastructure. This course encourages collaboration efforts among individuals and organizations responsible for both physical and cybersecurity toward development of integrated risk management strategies that lead to enhanced capabilities necessary for the protection of our Nation’s critical infrastructure.

A virtual option is also available.

This committee typically meets on the second Thursday of every month at 1 p.m.

A light breakfast will be served during networking at 8 a.m. 

The program will take place from 8:30-10 a.m. There is no cost for this event, but your registration to attend is requested. The program will feature a presentation over Community Land Trusts and a table discussion about other housing solutions.
