Training Description

This training explores how early childhood educators serve as the starting point of ripples that reach far beyond the classroom. Using Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory and Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory, we will dive into the ways classroom practices shape children's cognitive growth.

Three Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.

The MGT 475 Crowd Management course will provide participants with tools and techniques for conducting crowd management and crowd control. Participants will engage in scenario-based activities designed to expand their ability to resolve risks related to crowd management and crowd control. The training is applicable across the United States regardless of the venue size, capacity, or type of event. Those who successfully complete this course should be able to use this training to develop or improve crowd management and crowd control programs for any sport or special event.

ICS-400 is a two-day course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands on information presented in the ICS-100 through ICS-300 Intermediate ICS courses, which are prerequisites for the ICS-400 Advanced course.

Course Objectives

Explain how major incidents engender special management challenges.
Describe the circumstances in which an area command is established.
Describe the circumstances in which multi-agency coordination systems are established

MARC seeks to retain consulting services of a qualified consultant or firm to produce a 2026 Travel Patterns After Action Assessment. The anticipated work performed under this proposed contract is outlined in the Scope of Work. MARC intends to execute a ‘Time-and-Materials’ contract, with a budget maximum of $250,000 for a performance period of approximately twelve months (ending 3/31/2027).

This is a hybrid meeting.
