Training Description

This session focuses on daily execution: planning, prepping, observing and communicating with families—all grounded in the idea that intentional play drives learning. It is part two of the "Let Them Play" training set. Part one is helpful but not mandatory.

Two Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
 

On behalf of the Mid-America LEPC/ HEPA, we are pleased to announce the HEPA/LEPC Kansas City Railroads and Fire Department Summit Kansas City Railroads and Fire Department Summit Opportunities.

This event is sponsored by railroad industry partners: Union Pacific Railroad, CPKC Hazmat, BNSF, NSRR. The summit will cover railroad and fire department interface at incidents. Participants will also meet with railroad responders who manage incidents in the Kansas City metro.

Quarterly meeting for the Public Safety Communication Users committee. 

All PSAP personnel are encouraged to attend and participate in committee activities.

Training Description

Participants will explore three DAP technology-integrated activities that build inquiry skills, support classification and observation, and connect children’s real-world experiences to academic disciplines through interactive media.

Two Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required by April 10, 2026.

The First Suburbs Coalition meeting will take place Friday, July 17, 2026. The location will be announced closer to the meeting. A light breakfast will be served during networking at 8 a.m. The program will take place from 8:30 - 10 a.m. There is no cost for this event, but registration is requested.
