  • The Regional Ringtime Range Report tells how quickly calls are answered based on the specified goals of 90 percent of all 911 calls within 10 seconds, 95 percent of all 911 calls within 20 seconds.
  • The Regional Queue Time Report shows how long callers are in queue before speaking to a telecommunicator.

Remember, it is important to reboot your 911 workstations at least once each week, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., when a MARC communications technician is available in case you experience any problems. This reboot will automatically update the GeoLynx map data on your workstation.
