The manual uses a volume-based layered approach to on-site stormwater management, a departure from current performance-based standards.

Peer city meetings are an opportunity to connect and share progress with other cities in the region engaged in Communities for All Ages work. Meetings generally are structured around one of the domains of impact with guest presenter and include time for sharing updates and networking with other cities.
