If your agency receives or plans to receive government grants, this class is for you.

The two-day grant management class is for grant recipient organizations across all disciplines. As such, in this class you'll learn how to manage your federal, state or local government grants in accordance with laws and mandatory compliance guidelines.

The Advanced Active Shooter Incident Management (ASIM) course provides responders with the experience and confidence to manage an Active Shooter Event, no matter their rank or assignment. Active Shooter Incident Management Advanced is a 3-day comprehensive course using the ASIM Checklist integrated response process with eleven hands-on scenario exercises (using the multi-responder NIMSProTM 3D Simulation System). 

The course provides hands-on incident management experience for street responders and leaders alike.

The event celebrates planning studies that implement three core tenets of the Planning Sustainable Places (PSP) program: vibrant places, connect places and green places.

MGT 347 is a 4-hour workshop for emergency response supervisors and mid-to upper-level managers provides a detailed introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS) forms used in the development of an Incident Action Plan (IAP). Participants will examine the primary forms used in an IAP, as well as supporting and other utility forms. In addition, participants will review the planning process to identify at what point the forms should be filled out and by whom.

Join the Kansas City Leadership in Aging Network to learn about legislative issues impacting the older adult population in the Kansas City region. Senators and representatives from the nine-county metropolitan region are invited to a networking breakfast with Kansas City area professionals in aging, followed by updates from experts in the field.
